How I Became A Foodie Who Loves To Cook

I am a food addict. At one point in my life that was very unhealthy.  But i changed my addiction from eating unhealthy to eating healthier. I still love eating and indulge from time to time, but I much prefer cooking and feeding others. The satisfaction I get from feeding others a good meal surpasses any feelings i get from eating a great meal myself.

 

Its my hope with this website to help others achieve a heatlhier diet, while still eating really good food. Switching up what we eat on a daily basis and not following the same routine weekly. Taco Tuesday or dairy Wednesday maybe easy planning but that leads to boredom and eventually bad eating habits.

 

Our plan is to keep it simple. Easy and quick prep so you can spend less time preparing food and enjoy the cooking experience while we intraduce new flavors and meals to your diet.
